Sneak peeks of my house - Qualche foto della casa

Ricordo che all'inizio dell'anno avevo promesso che avrei condiviso un po' di fotine della mia casetta, ma ci stiamo avvicinando al 2017 e la promessa non l'ho mantenuta come avrei voluto. Ecco perché oggi vorrei condividere qualche immagine delle mie creazioni fai da te e qualche immagine della casetta. Il tris di cornici che trovate nella prima foto si trova sulla parete principale della cucina. A questo tris è stata recentemente aggiunta la A metallica dal puro sapore industrial, pescata in un negozio di modernariato e antiquariato dove amo passare ore intere alla ricerca di tesorini o pezzi di carattere. Il quadro lavagna è costato praticamente niente. Avevo un vecchio supporto di un quadro Ikea che coincideva per le dimensioni ad una vecchia cornice. La cornice l'ho dipinta in oro e poi ho semplicemente applicato uno sticker adesivo effetto lavagna al supporto del quadro Ikea. Eccovi il risultato. a me piace tantissimo....... La "A" invece subira ancora delle modifiche, sto ancora decidendo se dipingere con un colore sgargiante e d'effetto.

At the beginning of the year I promised I would have shared a lot of pics of my home.... And here I am with some pictures of my gallery wall in the kitchen and a Bookshelf in the living. Everything you see is a DIY creation and I am very proud of them. The blackboard frame is a creation of mine. I had an old frame support of Ikea and an old wood frame from a picture I decided to replace with the Ikea support. Then I purchased an blackboard sticker that I simply put on the Ikea support. Here is the result. Do you love the big "A" letter that I purchased in a wonderful place in Rome? I simply love it and I am seriously thinking about spraypainting it in a bold color.

Le mensole che vedete qui sono anch'esse un progetto DIY, uno dei più facili realizzati in casa. Sono bastate tre mensole Ikea della serie Lack per questo risultato. E con un po' di styling, l'effetto è stato molto soddisfacente.....

This Bookshelf is one of the easiest DIY projects we made. It will suffice three IKEA lack shelves and the outcome is this..... A little styling will make the difference of course. More pictures to come in the next months.....
