Chi l'ha detto che tutti gli americani vivono in case enormi? Eccovi qui una ristrutturazione estremamente riuscita di un piccolo appartamento a Brooklyn Heights, di soli 74 mq.
Il rifacimento è giocato su toni neutri, grigi e bianco sporco, per un effetto che crea un'atmosfera decisamente calda e chic allo stesso tempo. Il punto focale del soggiorno è il camino con la struttura ricoperta di cemento e le finiture che caratterizzano la casa sono tutte declinate in toni neutri, dal parquet, al bagno grezzo e ricercato. Who said Americans live in big huge houses? I have some evidence here that American people living in the urban centres are loving small spaces. This small apartment in Brooklyn has been given a new face, by Optimizing storage spaces and adding some bright colors, on the walls and everywhere.
I love the concrete fireplace and the dark and milk palette chosen for the entire flat.

Nice small apartment tour in Rome - Tour di un miniappartamento di Roma

Quando ho bisogno di ispirazione, una delle mie fonti preferite è il sito homeaway.com. Il sito è ricco di interni arredati perfettamente e in un modo che inconfondibilmente riporta l'imprinting locale. Posso trovare interni arredati in un perfetto stile francese, interni dal gusto profondamente italiano o profondamente scandinavo e così via..... Oggi vi propongo un bellissimo appartamento bilivello di Roma che per la struttura interna si trova sicuramente nel centro storico. Notate la distribuzione degli spazi, semplicemente perfetta e più che funzionale. Il frigo smeg rosso fuoco poi è il mio pezzo décor preferito. Lo adoro! Nel primo piano è stato collocato un angolo cottura insieme al living e nel secondo piano si trovano le stanze da letto, bianche ed eteree, perfetto per un buon sonno sotto il cielo di Roma. Lovely small apartment - Piccolo è bello

Rieccomi! Oggi vorrei condividere con voi questo appartamento relativamente piccolo su due piani pubblicato su Apartment Therapy. Quello che mi ha particolarmente colpito è la luce di questi spazi e le scelte pratiche ed estremamente di gusto di questa giovane coppia canadese di creativi. Le soluzioni pratiche riguardano la creazioni di angoli d'ufficio sia nel primo che nel secondo piano. E' vero, in questo caso si tratta di due giovani professionisti che hanno la necessità di lavorare anche da casa, ma io credo che degli angoli di studio o angoli uffici che dir si voglia siano indispensabili anche in una casa "normale". Confessi chi non accende il pc anche da casa. E se pensiamo poi alle famiglie con bambini in età scolare, questi angolo studio diventano pressocché vitali e permettono alla famiglia di godere dei momenti di vita insieme. Nell'appartamento di oggi il centro della casa è la sala pranzo che prosegue con il soggiorno, caldo, accogliente e luminosissimo.

In my view, having an office nook, is just as necessary as having a kitchen or a bathroom.
