ciao a tutti! Ho in serbo per i miei lettori una serie di ville greche dato che come tutti sanno amo il mare Ionio e la Grecia in generale, la sua cucina e i suoi colori. La mia vacanza dello scorso anno, come ho avuto modo di condividere qui e qui, è stata semplicemente favolosa ed è per questo che la mia prima scelta anche quest'anno è ricaduta su un'isola greca, Corfù, isola bellissima, piena di storia e ovviamente, di meravigliose spiagge. Ancora qualche giorno e sarò su un aereo alla ricerca di buona cucina e soprattutto di relax. Nel frattempo, vorrei proporvi immagini di ville greche. Quella che vi propongo oggi ha un arredamento minimalista con tocchi shabby e neutri che rendono l'atmosfera che vi si respira intima e fresca. It's no secret that I am in love with the Ionian Sea and Greece in general, its colors, the way they cook fish and Greek food. My last year holiday, as seen here and here, was fabulous and that's why my first choice this year was another Ionian island, Corfu. As already anticipated I am heading for this beautiful and full of history island in a week and can't wait to get some relax and enjoy everything Greek. Summer Moodboard - Moodboard di Giugno

Ciao a tutti! D'estate l'ispirazione è praticamente ovunque. In un cielo stellato, in un tramonto estivo, nelle sfumature di un cielo romano terso e incantevole. L'estate è qui e molto probabilmente tra qualche giorno sarò su un aereo diretta per la Grecia dove mi lascerò trasportare dall'ispirazione di quel mare blu smeraldo semplicemente meraviglioso. Nell'attesa, questa è la mia prima moodboard dell'estate, bianco e blu, la palette perfetta per un estate all'insegna del relax. Sarebbe meraviglioso avere una casa tutta mia da decorare in questi toni, ma per il momento sto pensando di dipingere di un colore matt da esterni, ovviamente blu, le pareti del mio balcone. Mi darebbe sicuramente l'impressione di tuffarmi in un ambiente da casa al mare! Godetevi questa giornata di sole!

Hello there! There is so much inspiration in the air. Summer is in and hopefully, in just a few days I will be heading to Greece so I just can't wait to get some blue inspiration over there. Here is my favorite summer moodboard of this year. Blue and white combinations everywhere. I wish I had a beach house to reburbish and decorate in these hues. Right now, I am thinking of my balcony which really needs a makeover and some new paint on the grey walls. Grey isn't exactly a summer color so I am thinking of adding some deep blue touches to it. It would look great and it would give the impression of having a "beachy" outdoor. Have a great day!

Beach house inspiration - arredare casa al mare

Hi everybody outhere! It was a wonderful weather in Rome today. The sun was shining and everything in the air was so sweet and inviting. If I only had the opportunity I would leave for a beach destination. Rome is such an unpredictable city that I feel so lucky to live here. I had a great lunch break that I want to share with you. It was not just a simple lunch break but one of those discovery tours into flea markets and street-stands you come across unexpectedly and turn out to be so intriguing that you would compulsively snap pictures or buy everything. I was so tempted to buy a few pieces, but I didn’t. Instead, I immortalized them with my camera. Some objects of colonial style here for your beach house. Ciao a tutti! A Roma oggi c'è uno splendido tempo. Il sole splende, riscalda i cuori e ti fa vedere ogni cosa sotto una luce diversa. Se solo avessi la possibilità, scapperei verso destinazioni balneari, senza indugio. Ma Roma è così imprevedibile che anche quando meno te l'aspetti, ti riserva qualche sorpresina: Le sorpresine in questo caso, per una decor addicted come me, sono delle bancherelle stupende. Devo confessarvi che a volte la pausa pranzo, se lavori in una zona centrale, si trasforma in un vero e proprio tour alla scoperta di piccoli oggetti di design, raffinati ed eleganti che ti trasformano improvvisamente in una compratrice compulsiva e quando non cedi alla tentazione dell'acquisto, rischi di diventare una fotografa compulsiva. Visitando questo stand, mi è venuta voglia di comprare quasi tutto, ma non ho ceduto. Potrei farlo al prossimo appuntamento, mercoledì prossimo 6 giugno, al mercato di Porta Pia. Non mancate!!!
